If you have ever worked in hospitality, you will know that no two days are ever the same. One minute you are delivering flat whites, the next you are trying to work out who ordered the smoothie with “just a tiny bit of ice, but not too cold”.

The regulars who say “I’ll try something different today” and then panic at the last second and go back to their usual.
